Requirements:
  • Proven work experience in the Payments industry in a relevant role involving communication with clients CS Representative Key Account Manager or similar;
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization including executive and Clevel;
  • Solid experience with CRM software/s and MS Office;
  • Experience delivering clientfocused solutions to customer needs;
  • Proven ability to handle multiple account management projects simultaneously while maintaining sharp attention to detail;
  • Excellent listening negotiation and presentation skills combined with high level of soft skills;
  • B2 level (spoken and written) in English and Bulgarian language is a must other foreign languages will be considered as an advantage.


About the position:
  • Be responsible for timely delivering of high quality service to key clients with the best interest of the company and the client;
  • Solve various cases with respect to the interests of all involved parties;
  • Communicate with Customer Back Office Support Team as well as other third parties collaborators and partners to ensure smooth operations and excellent service;
  • Negotiate new contracts and support all processes needed to expand the business and its operations;
  • Provide regular reports and analysis of the business on a monthly quarterly annually and ad hoc basis to the Management;
  • Works closely with the Sales and Underwriting Teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients.
