Aidetic is a 5 year old 65 people strong AI/ML Consulting firm working with 50 clients globally and 200 successful AI/ML projects in its portfolio. Led by a team of 4 IITian cofounders we also have an exclusive advisory board of veterans who are exApple exGoogle and exDatabricks. Aidetic has been doing AI before it was cool and has a very strong foundation to grow fast and become a market leader in the AI/ML consulting space over this decade!
About the role :
Aidetic is seeking an experienced Account Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have 510 years of experience in account management with a strong background in startups and the IT industry. The Account Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients driving upselling opportunities and ensuring the successful delivery of IT projects.
Experience:
5 10 years of experience

Responsibilities :
  • Client Satisfaction and Retention:
  • Understand the needs and requirements of key clients to ensure their utmost satisfaction.
  • Address any concerns or issues promptly to foster longterm relationships and loyalty.
  • Revenue Growth:
  • Identify upselling and crossselling opportunities within key accounts to drive revenue growth.
  • Introduce new products or services and explore ways to increase clients spend with our organization.

  • Meeting Sales Targets:
  • Take ownership of meeting or exceeding sales targets assigned to key accounts.
  • Deliver value and align offerings with clients business objectives to contribute to overall sales success.
  • Strategic Account Planning:
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve mutual goals such as revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Outline steps and strategies to expand market presence and strengthen client partnerships.
  • Customer Advocacy:
  • Serve as the voice of the customer within the organization.
  • Effectively communicate client needs challenges and feedback to relevant teams to drive improvements and enhance the client experience.
  • Risk Management:
  • Identify and manage potential risks within key accounts.
  • Proactively address issues and develop contingency plans to minimize negative impacts on client relationships.
  • CrossFunctional Collaboration:
  • Collaborate with internal teams including sales marketing product development and customer support to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Foster a unified approach to meet client needs effectively and efficiently.
  • Market Insights and Competitor Analysis:
  • Stay abreast of industry trends market dynamics and competitor activities.
  • Identify opportunities and potential threats to stay ahead in client interactions.
  • LongTerm Relationship Building:
  • Invest time and effort into understanding clients businesses and becoming a trusted advisor.
  • Build lasting relationships to lay the foundation for enduring partnerships.
  • Continuous Improvement:
  • Strive for continuous improvement in performance and approach.
  • Seek feedback learn from experiences and adapt strategies to ensure topnotch key account management skills.

Requirements:
  • 510 years of experience in account management preferably in the IT industry.
  • Proven experience working in a startup environment.
  • Strong client relationship management skills with the ability to build rapport and trust.
  • Demonstrated ability to identify and pursue upselling opportunities.
  • Experience overseeing the delivery of IT projects ensuring quality and timeliness.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Bachelors degree in Engineering or related field preferred.
