Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Client Success Manager / Key account Manager for company dealing in IT Solutions and Advertising. As a Key Account Manager you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our key clients ensuring their advertising needs are met and exceeded. You will collaborate with internal teams to develop and execute effective strategies drive revenue growth and contribute to the overall success.

Responsibilities:

  • Acquire a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements
  • Expand the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives
  • Ensure the correct products offer and services are delivered to customers in a timely manner
  • Ensure on achieving business from Key Accounts from his area /segments and Achieving their Target
  • Lead generation for all related products and services as per KRAKPI
  • Support to other managers for joint account working and team for group target achievement
  • Develop trust relationships with a portfolio of major clients to ensure they do not turn to competition
  • Play an integral part in generating new sales that will turn into longlasting relationships
  • Prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders using key account metrics
  • Develop trust relationships with a portfolio of major clients
  • Maintain relationships with main clients

Requirements:

  • Graduate BBA or MBA with 34 years of experience in similar role
  • Advertisement sales space sales experience is preferred
  • Strong Analytical and Problemsolving skills.
  • Good computer knowledge MS word Excel PPT.
  • Planning and organizational skills.
  • Exceptional customer service skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Effective Communication skills in English Hindi Marathi and interpersonal skills
  • Handling sales data analytics Lead Generation.
  • Willingness to travel extensively in field.
