Our client is a dynamic and rapidly growing fintech company that specialises in innovative digital payment solutions. With a global presence and a commitment to transforming the financial landscape our client is at the forefront of revolutionising the way people transact and manage their finances. They are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Frenchspeaking Key Account Manager to join their team and contribute to their continued success.

Position Overview:

As the FrenchSpeaking Key Account Manager you will play a pivotal role in building and maintaining strong relationships with their key clients. You will be responsible for understanding the unique needs of their Frenchspeaking clients ensuring their satisfaction and driving the growth of their business in the Frenchspeaking markets. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the fintech industry excellent communication skills in French and English and a proven track record in managing key accounts.


Your daily adventures include:

Client Relationship Management:
  • Build and nurture strong longlasting relationships with key clients in the Frenchspeaking markets.
  • Understand clients business objectives and proactively address their needs.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for key accounts ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.


Business Development:
  • Identify and pursue opportunities for upselling and crossselling additional services to existing clients.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to explore new business opportunities within the Frenchspeaking markets.
  • Stay informed about industry trends market conditions and competitor activities to identify potential areas for business growth.
Communication:
  • Effectively communicate with clients in both French and English ensuring clear and concise communication.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to relay client feedback and requirements contributing to product and service enhancements.

Account Planning and Strategy:
  • Develop account plans and strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure the successful implementation of client initiatives and projects.


Requirements


What it takes to succeed:
  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Key Account Manager or similar role preferably in the fintech industry.
  • Fluent in French and English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fastpaced environment.
  • Resultsdriven with a focus on meeting and exceeding targets.
