Key Account Manager - Crypto Industry

• Develop and maintain strong longlasting relationships with key clients including Founders CEOs and CXOs globally.
• Serve as the main point of contact for key clients addressing their inquiries concerns and requests in a timely and professional manner.
• Understand the business needs and objectives of key clients and collaborate with internal teams to ensure the successful delivery of our products and services.
• Proactively identify opportunities for upselling and crossselling additional products and services to existing clients.
• Monitor and analyze key account metrics such as revenue growth retention rates and customer satisfaction scores and develop strategies to achieve targets.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop tailored solutions and proposals for key clients.
• Stay updated on industry trends market conditions and competitor activities to inform account management strategies and tactics.

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing or related field.
• 35 years of experience in account management or sales preferably in the fintech or cryptocurrency industry.
• Proven track record of managing key client accounts and driving revenue growth.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and relationships with clients at all levels.
• Excellent negotiation and presentation skills with the ability to articulate the value proposition of our products and services.
• Strategic thinker with the ability to identify opportunities and develop actionable plans to achieve targets.
• Techsavvy with proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.
• Passion for cryptocurrencies and blockchain technology with a desire to stay informed about the latest developments in the industry.
