As a Key Account Manager you will report to the VP of Global Sales being responsible for seeking and developing a portfolio of top potential clients in the Spanish Market. You will join the challenge of creating tailored learning solutions that help enterprises and major companies offer unlimited learning possibilities to their employees and other stakeholders.
What you will do at ODILO:
Identify key accounts (primarily major/large accounts) to help shape the strategic plan in Spain.
Participate in the entire sales cycle from generating and prospecting key accounts with high potential / fit presenting demos to closing deals and onboarding new clients.
You will work towards surpassing a new sales quota
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders (senior HR executives CLevel) in the Spanish Market.
Analyze regional market dynamics in an effort to maximize existing successes and to create new sales growth opportunities.
Running local events and presenting to industry leaders.
The ideal candidate will bring:
At least 6 years of experience in selling roles.
At least 3 years of experience selling software or complex products with a strong technology component such as HCM y LMS (otherwise SaaS Integrators of Technology Customized Technology development etc its also suitable).
At least 3 years of experience selling deals in the corporate business (>200K ARR) and comfortable working on a regular basis with Clevel individuals for big organizations with strong focus to the HR Directors.
Good network within the enterprise community or you have the desire to quickly build one.
Excellent consultative selling communication and presentation skills.
Prior experience in achieving and surpassing new sales quotas.
Challenger sales mindset is a must
Diligent in keeping sales pipeline information accurate and up to date in company CRM.
Brings a hunter mentality to the team. Wellorganized and prepared. Able to work towards clear deadlines.
