Key Account Execitive

Key Responsibilities:

• Looking out for Kiosk options across Pan India based on companies requirements.
• Developing strategies to increase sales and profitability. Also analyzing sales data identifying opportunities for upselling or crossselling and implementing promotional campaigns.
• Collaborating with internal teams to forecast sales and plan inventory levels accordingly.
• Addressing any issues or concerns raised by the EBO team promptly and effectively. This could involve resolving product quality issues handling customer complaints or assisting with logistics and supply chain issues.
• Providing training and support to store managers and staff through our trainers to ensure they have the knowledge and skills necessary to effectively sell the companys products or services.
• Monitoring market trends and competitors activities to identify potential threats or opportunities for the companyowned stores.
• Developing longterm strategic plans for growing the EBO business which may include expansion into new markets launching new product lines or optimizing operational processes.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor s degree
• Proven work experience as a Key Account Executive or in a similar role
• Demonstrated success in sales and key account management
• Strong understanding of sales principles and techniques
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent time management and organizational abilities
• Keen attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to travel as needed
• Understanding of market dynamics and customer needs
• Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced environment
• Positive proactive and customerfocused attitude
