• Assist in the development and implementation of HR strategies that support client business objectives.
  
• Conduct needs assessments with clients to understand HR requirements and provide tailored solutions.
  
• Support clients in the execution of core HR processes such as onboarding offboarding and employee development.
  
• Manage client HR projects from inception to completion ensuring timely and successful delivery.
  
• Maintain uptodate knowledge of employment legislation and ensure compliance across client organizations.
  
• Facilitate training sessions and workshops on HR practices and policies.
  
• Prepare and present reports and metrics to clients to demonstrate the effectiveness of HR initiatives.
  

Requirements

• Bachelor s degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field.
  
• 3 years of experience in an HR role; previous experience in HR consulting is advantageous but not required.
  
• Strong understanding of HR functions and best practices.
  
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with various stakeholders.
  
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with meticulous attention to detail.
  
• Adaptable to a fastpaced and evolving environment.
  
• Demonstrated problemsolving skills and initiative.
  
• Willingness to embrace the consulting model of working with a commitment to client service excellence.
  
• Willingness to travel to visit clients.
