We are seeking a talented UI/UX Designer to join our team and contribute to the design and development of usercentric digital products. As a UI/UX Designer you will collaborate with crossfunctional teams to create intuitive visually appealing and engaging user interfaces and experiences.
Responsibilities:
User Research and Analysis:
Conduct user research to understand user behaviors needs and goals.
Analyze and interpret research findings to inform design decisions.
Create user personas user flows and user journey maps to guide the design process.
Wireframing and Prototyping:
Develop wireframes storyboards mockups and interactive prototypes to effectively communicate design concepts and interactions.
Iterate and refine designs based on feedback from stakeholders and usability testing.
Ensure consistency and adherence to design standards throughout the design process.
User Interface Design:
Create visually appealing and userfriendly interfaces that align with brand identity and product goals.
Design interface elements including icons buttons typography and color schemes.
Develop style guides and design systems to maintain consistency across different platforms and devices.
Interaction Design:
Define and design intuitive and seamless interactions transitions and animations.
Ensure a smooth and responsive user experience by collaborating with developers during implementation.
Usability Testing and Feedback:
Conduct usability testing sessions and gather feedback from users to identify areas for improvement.
Analyze user feedback and behavior to make datadriven design decisions.
Iterate and optimize designs based on user feedback and research insights.
Collaboration and Communication:
Collaborate closely with product managers developers and stakeholders to understand project requirements and goals.
Effectively communicate design ideas concepts and rationale to crossfunctional teams.
Participate in design reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers.
Requirements:
Proven work experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role.
Strong portfolio showcasing your UI/UX design skills and problemsolving abilities.
Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Sketch Adobe XD Figma or similar.
Solid understanding of usercentered design principles information architecture and interaction design.
Experience conducting user research usability testing and incorporating feedback into design iterations.
Knowledge of frontend development technologies (HTML CSS JavaScript) and their impact on design.
Familiarity with responsive design principles and designing for multiple platforms and devices.
Excellent visual design skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Ability to work effectively in a collaborative and fastpaced environment.
