Job Title: Junior Stock Executive(Female)
Job Description:
We are seeking a diligent and detailoriented individual to fulfil the role of Junior Stock Executive. As a pivotal member of our team you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our stock management process ensuring accurate inventory levels efficient stock movement and optimal organization within our warehouse or storage facility. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills excellent attention to detail and the ability to thrive in a fastpaced environment.
Responsibilities:
1. Inventory Management: Monitor and maintain accurate inventory levels through regular stock checks reconciliations and audits.
2. Stock Organization: Implement effective storage solutions to optimize space utilization and facilitate easy access to items.
3. Stock Replenishment: Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure timely replenishment of stock to meet operational demands.
4. Quality Control: Conduct regular quality checks on incoming and outgoing stock to ensure adherence to standards and specifications.
5. Stock Movement: Coordinate the movement of stock within the warehouse or between locations ensuring proper handling and documentation.
6. Vendor Management: Liaise with suppliers and vendors to track deliveries resolve discrepancies and maintain positive relationships.
7. Reporting: Generate regular reports on stock levels movements and discrepancies for management review and decisionmaking.
8. Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline stock management processes and implement efficiencyenhancing measures.
9. Compliance: Ensure compliance with company policies procedures and regulatory requirements related to stock management and inventory control.
Requirements:
1. Knowledge: Strong understanding of stock management principles inventory control techniques and warehouse operations.
2. Attention to Detail: Ability to maintain high levels of accuracy in inventory tracking and stock documentation.
3. Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational and prioritization skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
4. Communication: Effective verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with colleagues suppliers and other stakeholders.
5. ProblemSolving: Strong problemsolving skills with the ability to identify issues analyze root causes and implement effective solutions.
6. Computer Literacy: Proficiency in MS Office applications and inventory management software.
7. Physical Stamina: Ability to perform tasks that may involve lifting carrying and moving heavy items.
8. Team Player: Collaborative attitude with the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
Note:
Qualification: Any Graduate Work Experience: 13Years
