Overview:

The Junior Sales Manager plays a crucial role in driving the sales efforts of the organization. They are responsible for supporting the sales team identifying new business opportunities and maintaining effective client relationships to achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in developing and implementing sales strategies to attract new clients
  • Coordinate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and objectives
  • Conduct market research to identify potential business opportunities
  • Build and maintain strong longlasting customer relationships
  • Participate in sales meetings and provide sales support
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations to potential clients
  • Negotiate and close sales deals while ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Monitor industry trends to identify changes in market demand
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure customer needs are met
  • Track sales data and provide performance reports
  • Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Coordinate with the marketing team to enhance product messaging and positioning
  • Stay updated on product knowledge and industry developments
  • Attend sales and marketing training as required
  • Assist in the onboarding and training of new sales representatives

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing or related field
  • Proven experience in a sales or customer service role
  • Strong knowledge of sales techniques and strategies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work well in a team as well as independently
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Understanding of market research and analysis
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Demonstrated organizational and time management skills
  • Proactive and resultsdriven approach to sales
  • Adaptability and willingness to learn and implement new sales methods
  • Problemsolving and decisionmaking abilities
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to thrive in a fastpaced and dynamic environment
