Overview:

The Junior Sales Manager plays a crucial role in the organization as they are responsible for supporting the sales team in acquiring and retaining customers achieving sales targets and contributing to the overall growth and success of the company. This role is essential in driving revenue and maintaining strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in identifying and developing new business opportunities
  • Support the sales team in creating and implementing effective sales strategies
  • Participate in sales meetings trade shows and industry events
  • Conduct market research to identify potential leads and target markets
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and objectives
  • Handle customer inquiries and provide product/service information
  • Prepare and present sales proposals and pitches
  • Contribute to the development of promotional materials and sales collateral
  • Monitor and report on sales performance and market trends
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
  • Manage and update customer database and CRM system
  • Assist in the resolution of customer complaints and issues
  • Provide support to the sales team with administrative tasks and documentation
  • Stay updated on industry best practices and trends
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor s degree in Business Marketing or related field
  • Proven experience in sales or customer service role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong negotiation and sales closing abilities
  • Ability to work well in a team and independently
  • Knowledge of sales techniques and CRM systems
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
  • Customeroriented approach with a focus on building relationships
  • Proficiency in MS Office and sales software
  • Resultsdriven with a strong dedication to success
  • Ability to adapt to a fastpaced and dynamic work environment
  • Understanding of market trends and customer behaviors
  • Problemsolving and decisionmaking skills
  • High level of integrity and professionalism
  • Willingness to travel as needed
