Job Description

The Junior Sales Assistant will work closely with the Accounts Manager in overseeing optimum client satisfaction is achieved across all MGA Sales channels.

Tasks

Order Processing

  • Booking of Sales orders of clients
  • Work closely with the production and logistics teams to make sure orders are delivered in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Maintain accurate and uptodate customer records and sales documentation..
  • Ensure a high level of accuracy in processing customer orders.
  • Truck order Fulfillment Time : Track the time taken to fulfill and deliver order
  • Administrative Tasks: Support both BD and Accounts management in Samples preparation/any other related tasks.

Customer Relationship Management.

  • Update all customer information in MGA database/Excel sheets as required.
  • Cultivating solid relationships with clients through the provision of exceptional aftersales service.
  • Creating a positive onboarding experience for new clients.
  • Maintaining an accurate record of all existing and potential clients.
  • Responding to client inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Ensuring that the correct terms of sale are entered into the client database to prevent avoidable billing issues.

Internal business processes

  • Preparation & submission of weekly reports as briefed.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

Track day to day sales activities.

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration or an industryrelated field.
  • 1 years proven experience working as a client service coordinator.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft ExcelPowerpoint & Word.
  • Working knowledge of Customer Relationship Management (CRM).
  • The ability to work efficiently under pressure.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
  • Effective communication skills.
  • Exceptional customer service skills.
  • Team work & goal oriented.
