Junior Sales Development Representative (parttime remote)

Company Name Confidential is an earlystage fintech startup founded by industry veterans with a collective experience of over 20 years in sales with a mission to revolutionize how individuals invest in private loans. Their team is dedicated to utilizing advanced technology to empower investors and simplify decisionmaking.

At the heart of their work is a commitment to helping individuals navigate the complexities of private loan investments. The innovative software employs advanced technology to unveil investment results typically concealed within intricate spreadsheets. They strive to make investing more accessible enabling their clients to optimize earnings and manage risks associated with fluctuating interest rates.

Currently theyre seeking a dynamic Junior Sales Development Representative (Jr. SDR) to join the growing team. As a Jr. SDR you will play a pivotal role in expanding the outreach beyond existing networks with a primary focus on building the top of the sales funnel and generating qualified leads. This is a parttime position offering potential for future growth within the company.

Key responsibilities:

The essential goal of this position is to research & attract new clients to the company and convert them first into the conducted calls and potentially into closed sales deals. You have the opportunity to play a pivotal role in boosting the companys revenue and expanding the team. Youll be:


  • Conducting initial outreach to potential clients across various channels.

  • Implementing followup strategies to nurture leads through the sales funnel.

  • Replicating and adhering to established sales processes.

  • Utilizing different tools such as Apollo and HubSpot for effective outreach with comprehensive training provided.


Requirements:


  • Fluent English you will be the face of the company and the first person to contact potential USbased clients. You should be able to communicate with clients freely (and for sure with no grammar/spelling/typing mistakes).

  • At least 12 years of experience in sales doing outreach booking calls for Account Managers etc. Familiarity with prospecting tools with experience in Apollo and HubSpot being advantageous.

  • Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal.

  • Persistence you dont hesitate to send numerous followups when potential clients are unresponsive persistently reaching out until you receive a clear yes/no response.

  • Resultsoriented you must ensure that you achieve the required number of scheduled calls with potential clients each week and contribute to the completion of monthly and quarterly goals.

  • Selfreliance you are an individual who can work independently consistently completing tasks and meeting deadlines without the need for constant supervision.

  • Excellent organizational skills you meticulously track each step in the system ensuring timely completion of all tasks never overlooking clients and proactively following up. You consistently organize and store all necessary information in the required folders/databases.

  • Initiative & proactivity you enjoy proposing innovative ideas to discover and attract more leads and enhance existing processes.


Working hours:

You should have 4 overlapping hours with the founder between 9 am and 1 pm New York time daily (EST time zone click here to check your time difference).
