(Junior) Referral Marketing Manager (m/f/d)

Tasks

For our Marketing Team, we are looking for YOU as Performance Marketing Manager (m/f/d), permanent, with the earliest possible start date and a workplace in Berlin.

Your exciting responsibilities include:

You manage our SEM, GDN, Facebook and other social accounts across the globe to achieve our growth targets

• You set up, optimize, track and automate our campaigns
• You are a driver of innovation by continuous testing
• You manage a 7-digit budget
• You are involved in marketing automation tools to ensure that processes can be standardized and rolled out across all markets
• You identify and implement new channels to our digital marketing mix and ensure we are using the latest optimization possibilities
• You participate in the ideation of the A/B testing experiments, conversion optimization process and new landing pages creation
• You support in creating of a top-class performance marketing team by bringing forward your own ideas

Requirements

• You have a minimum of 2 years experience in Search Engine Marketing
• You have previous experience with Display ads on the Google Display Network (GDN) or Bing (MSAN)
• Ideally you have experience in running Facebook ads and other paid social channels
• You have a completed study with a marketing, business, economic focus or commercial apprenticeship
• You speak english on a fluent/C2 level
• You have a very organized and detail-oriented mentality
• You show excellent communication skills to work with all hierarchy levels
• You have outstanding analytical skills and like to work with numbers
• You have advanced MS Excel / Google Sheets skills
• Ideally you have an understanding of Real Time Bidding (RTB) using Google Doubleclick or Native Advertising
• Ideally you have an understanding of Adwords Scripts or basic coding skills
