Junior Project Manager Italy

The Company focuses on solar power project development construction management and project financing services with local professional teams across multiple countries.

Emerens Italy team is looking for two Developers to join our team in Milan Italy in order to support Emeren s rapidly growing solar and storage business and contribute to the transition to a low carbon sustainable economy

Skills :

In this role you will be:

Managing projects and interfacing with engineering (mechanical electrical civil and environmental) legal and financial teams;

Monitoring project development up to RTB status including site visits risk assessment (technical and economical) vendors management interaction with the permitting authorities;

Monitoring development budget and manage costs and cashflow within it;

Reporting the advancement status of the project assigned in the pipeline;

Managing relationships with external stakeholders including development partners public entities (state regional and local) traders and landowners

Supporting with preparation of proposals for clients such as due diligence technical advisory and other service offerings and providing inputs for the Emeren internal approval process with the Investment Committee;

Preparing and managing of specifications tendering negotiation and selection of Engineering Procurement Operation & Maintenance or EPC and other supply contracts;

Attending internal and external meetings and represent Emeren in a suitable fashion according to the company code of conduct at all times.
