Junior Market Operator

RULEMATCH is a Fintech venture operating a trading venue in the field of digital assets led by founders with strong industry knowledge and backed by worldleading partners.

The Market Operations department is responsible for the smooth operation of all tradingrelated processes.

Tasks

• Supervise the trading activity of our participants and maintain the daily clearing and settlement process always ensuring fair and orderly markets
• Support the continuous development of our trading venue by participating in the user acceptance testing of new features
• Monitor our bestinclass matching engine and its peripheral integrations
• Participate in the technical onboarding process of our incoming participants and handle their relevant querries
• Work closely with different departments within RULEMATCH such as Compliance Sales Team IT and the Executive Management

Requirements

• University degree (Bachelor level) or equal education in Business Finance or Engineering
• Maximum 12 years of experience in the financial sector preferably in a trading or middle office related function
• Firm interest in digital assets and developments in the blockchain space
• Initial experience with electronic trading communication protocols (e.g. FIX OUCH) or international transaction systems (SWIFT) is a plus
• Strong numerical and analytical skills affinity for systems is a must
• Motivated and responsible personality with a strong teamplayer attitude and the ability to work under pressure
• Fluency in English; German French or other European languages are of advantage
• Dedicated to work night shifts including weekends
