What Youll Do:

As a Junior IT Support professional your role is crucial in providing technical assistance and support for various ITrelated queries and issues.

Key Duties/Responsibilities:

• Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries related to computer systems software and hardware.
• Install configure and troubleshoot computer hardware software systems networks and printers.
• Assist in maintaining and updating IT documentation.
• Collaborate with the IT team to resolve technical problems promptly.
• Set up and support audio/visual equipment for meetings and presentations.

Requirements:

To excel in this role were seeking candidates with:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science or Information Technology.

• Previous experience or internship in IT support is a bonus.
• Basic understanding of computer systems networks and troubleshooting principles.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to assist users in a clear and concise manner.
