Position Overview: We are seeking a Junior Digital Business Analyst with a passion for technology and a drive for excellence. This role caters to individuals ranging from recent graduates to those with up to three years of professional experience. Based in the vibrant Flemish region of Belgium this permanent role offers a hybrid working environment with two days per week onsite and three days remote. As part of our team you will be involved in all aspects of the IT business analysis lifecycle including project roadmap creation requirement gathering design and implementation of digital and cloud software products.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Project Roadmap Development:
   

   • Collaborate with stakeholders to define project objectives scope and deliverables.
     
   • Create comprehensive project roadmaps that align with the companys strategic goals and client requirements.
     

2. Requirement Gathering and Analysis:
   

   • Conduct workshops and interviews with stakeholders to elicit and document business requirements.
     
   • Analyse and prioritise requirements to ensure alignment with project timelines and objectives.
     
   • Translate business needs into technical specifications for software development.
     

3. Design and Implementation:
   

   • Work closely with crossfunctional teams to design innovative solutions that meet client needs.
     
   • Facilitate the implementation of digital and cloud software products ensuring adherence to industry standards and best practices.
     
   • Collaborate with developers and quality assurance teams to ensure successful deployment and testing of software solutions.
     

4. Continuous Improvement:
   

   • Stay informed about emerging trends and technologies in the fintech industry.
     
   • Participate in training programs and professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.
     
   • Contribute to process improvement initiatives within the organization to streamline project delivery and enhance efficiency.
     

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology Business Administration or related field.
  
• 03 years of experience in IT business analysis preferably within the fintech or software development industry.
  
• Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools.
  
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
  
• Proficiency in English and Dutch languages.
  
• Ability to work independently and adapt to a fastpaced dynamic work environment.
