JUNIOR DESIGNER

Our agency client is in need of a Junior Designer to help their team! This Junior Designer role will be a remote role with flexible hours. The ideal candidate has strong design skills is resourceful is creative and detail oriented. The designer will have a passion for understanding and defining the needs and behaviors of our audience and for working with key stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into exceptional designs.

Responsibilities:

Work with a talented team of experienced family office professionals in a coaching development and growth culture.
Help conceptualize and produce highquality creative digital and print solutions for marketing collateral presentations websites social media and video.
Maintain consistency and alignment in our brand identity across all creative content.
Meet deadlines and ensure expectations/timelines are communicated with Marketing leadership and project stakeholders.
Producing prints and understands text layouts informational designs and understands print markups
Managing artwork versions and localizations ongoing changes and supply accurate files for proofing.

Required skills / qualifications for the ideal candidate:

12 years professional design experience
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite Print Production applications (InDesign Illustrator Photoshop Acrobat)
Knowledgeable about RGB/CMYK color conversion and profiles for print
Creative doers who enjoy exploring new ways of telling marketing stories
Design and assemble email communications to a variety of audiences
Will assist in Graphic design requests / production needs within other Divisions as necessary
A keen eye for detail
Time management and multitasking abilities
Creativity skills and problemsolving aptitude
Strong organizational communication and time management skills
Art history background preferred.
