Magic Boost, the in-house Affiliate Network on Magic Square, is the Top Affiliate Network for Blockchain & Web3 Projects.

Magic Boost was created to break the barriers of limited advertising on search engines and social media platforms. It enables crypto developers to launch their own marketing campaigns swiftly to drive authentic traffic and conversions across multiple platforms and channels in a decentralized manner.

Magic Boost is searching for a Customer Support Represatntavite that will assist our Network of Affiliates in regard to user queries, complaints, e-verifications, and withdrawal processes. Furthermore, the position will include admin tasks supporting the Magic Boost Business Development and Management Team.

Customer Support is extremely important to us and we hope to create a platform where our users are well supported with excellent quality, fast response time, and accurate information.

Tasks

  • Resolving product or service problems by clarifying the user's complaint after verifying its validity
  • Determining user issues, explaining the best possible solution, and ensuring it is being handled in compliance with the company s guidelines and policies
  • The support will be provided via email, ticket system, Telegram, Discord, and other online tools
  • Directing feedback from users to relevant departments
  • Provide general administrative support to the business development department and management team
  • The position is performed in English

Requirements

  • Fluent in English written and verbal skills with excellent communication skills
  • Passionate about Affiliate Marketing and Web3
  • Eager to learn, have the ability to receive constructive feedback, and the desire to implement it
  • Must be at least a high school graduate, but preferably have an undergraduate degree in marketing or similar fields
  • At least 1-year experience working in a customer service position
  • Experience working with customer service industry software, preferably FreshDesk
  • Good understanding of performing administration tasks
  • Must be friendly and customer-oriented
  • Strong communication skills accompanied by excellent listening skills and patience to have smooth interactions with customers
  • Problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills are a must
