Salary: $ 112500.00
We have partnered with a financial company in the New York NY area to provide them with a Junior Credit CLO Analyst. Please review the below description and let us know if you are interested.
Prioritized must haves for the Junior Credit CLO Analyst:
#1. Must have good knowledge of finance and basic accounting. Prior experience in a financial institution a plus
#2. No more than three jobs in the last ten years
Responsibilities for the Junior Credit CLO Analyst:
The Structured Credit CLO analysts main responsibilities include credit evaluation of current CLO market new deal offerings monitoring active deals in current CLO portfolio seeking approvals from Tokyo Head Office liaison between multiple internal departments at client such as legal accounting operations etc. and external counterparties including but not limited to arranging banks and asset managers.
Requirements for the Junior Credit CLO Analyst:
- Bachelors degree in Finance or Economics or equivalent with 2 years related experience.
- Good knowledge of finance and basic accounting.
- Good knowledge of commonly used research resources including Bloomberg EDGAR and rating agencies.
- Good knowledge of corporate finance transactions.
- Good knowledge of loan markets.
- Advanced in Microsoft 365 (Excel PowerPoint Word Outlook and Access) and some modeling and programming capabilities preferred.
- Basic understanding of US credit market and products such as HYL securitized products (including CLO) and MML.
- Knowledge of Intex Bloomberg Capital IQ a plus.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.

- In office role.
- No sponsorships or visa holders. No CorptoCorp.
