EveryMatrix islooking for a skilled positive and energetic Junior Change and Release Manager to join our team in Bucharest.

Job Summary:

The role of the Junior Change and Release Manager will be to ensure that the Change and Release Management process is understood that users are trained to use the new systems and that business processes and working practices across the business are adjusted to take on systems that will drive tangible business benefits.

The Junior Change and Release Manager will help the Change and Release Manager to coordinate the appointed team for each project (or system) and to ensure that the change workstream is managed in an effective and efficient manner. Principally the Junior Change and Release Manager will be challenged with ensuring the successful delivery of the stated business objectives for each Change.

Responsibilities:

  • Working as part of the Technology team and in direct contact with each department assisting the Change and Release manager to define all the steps required to release software quickly and safe;
  • Works with the business change or business improvement teams to support and guide them through the required steps to implement systems related change;
  • Works with multiple teams to ensure effective delivery of change building relationships that support the delivery of EveryMatrix services and its vision of modern integrated IT systems supporting the whole EveryMatrix business;
  • Ensures that each project is effectively delivered into the relevant business areas by means of carefully planned and coordinated Change Management activities;
  • Ensures that each different business area is sufficiently prepared for the impact of the new IT systems or software products when they are ready to go live and that there is sufficient support available for the new system to operate in business as usual state;
  • Ensures that the impact of new or upgraded IT systems and software projects is managed in an effective way to ensure the delivery of desired business outcomes;
  • Participates in Change Management meetings in which suggested changes are reviewed and approved;
  • Coordinates and manages the Change Management process activities across the projects and with external suppliers to agreed SLAs and regulatory requirements;
  • Supports Change Management reporting (KPIs and customer SLAs);
  • Identifies and plan for Change Management process improvements;
  • Ensures all reporting and data is delivered in a timely manner;
  • Maintains and improves process effectiveness (quality) process efficiency (cost) process performance (throughput) and process vulnerability (security);
  • Initiates followup actions to correct any problems or inefficiencies arising during execution of the Change Management Process and highlights any issues or ideas of improvement to the Top Management;
  • Other activities as required for successfully implementing EveryMatrix services Changes.


Requirements:

  • Ability to speak English on at least B2 level;
  • At least 1 year of progressive experience in enterprise level IT environments;
  • Ideally minimum one year of Change/Incident/Problem Management or Project Management experience;
  • Basic working knowledge of Incident/Problem/Change Management frameworks;
  • Proven communication skills with multiple levels of an organization including interaction with senior level management within the company;
  • Excellent ability to manage multiple high priority efforts/ competing priorities and flexibility to adjust to changing requirements schedules and priorities;
  • Selfdriven and resourceful to achieve goals independently as well as work well in groups;
  • Medium level of IT literacy MS Office (Word Excel PowerPoint);
  • Affinity for keeping things organized.
