• Research and Analysis: Dive deep into client requirements industry trends and competitor analysis to gather crucial insights for bids. Learn from past bids to understand how to best address clients questions.
• Content Development: Assist in crafting compelling bids from executive summaries to technical responses methodologies ensuring clarity conciseness and alignment with client needs.
• Document Management: Organize and maintain bid documents including templates proposals and reference materials. Collaborate with various teams across the business to ensure accuracy and relevance in bid submissions.
• Quality Assurance: Review bid documents for accuracy completeness and compliance with client requirements and company standards. Conduct quality checks to identify and correct errors or inconsistencies in content formatting and messaging.
• Deadline Management: Manage multiple bids simultaneously and prioritize tasks to meet tight deadlines. Coordinate with team members to ensure timely completion and submission of bid responses.

Who are we looking for

As a Junior Bid Writer youll work closely with senior bid writers to produce highquality bids often managing multiple projects simultaneously to meet tight deadlines. You will need to be organised with a strong attention as well as having excellent communication skills. We are particularly welcoming applications from individuals with the following:

• Proficiency in Microsoft packages
• Exceptional organizational and time management abilities
• Ability to thrive under pressure and navigate ambiguity
• Bachelors degree in English Communications Business or a related field.
• 12 years of bid writing experience
• Familiarity with bid writing processes and best practices
• A proactive and adaptable mindset with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy with the ability to proofread and edit documents effectively.
