Within Enters analytics team your role as the Junior BI Analyst will be supporting the team in planning building and maintaining the dashboards we rely on in our strategic decision making as well as to provide adhoc analyses we need in our day to day processes. You will work closely with other BI Analysts to build on the foundations of our BI processes craft and improve data models and set the trajectory for our datadriven future.

Your mission

• Craft BusinessCentric Data Models: As an integral part of Enters analytics team youll feel responsible for all layers of data modeling from raw to refined.
• KPI Blueprinting & Deployment: Ideate define and establish key performance indicators (KPIs) for different Business domains in collaboration with our business stakeholders and team members in the Analytics team.
• Transform Data to Decisions: Combine the structured data models with KPIs to build and maintain expansive reports and dashboards that drive strategic and operational business decisions.
• Elevate the Data Discourse: Help foster data literacy within Enter. By equipping teams with the knowledge and tools they need you ensure that data isnt just consulted but conversed with.
• HandsOn Collaboration & Innovation: While youll primarily be immersed in the world of BI your collaboration with the data engineering team and handson work where possible ensures that the data models are cohesive coherent and capable of catering to both granular analysis and highlevel insights. Your expertise will constantly bridge the gap between raw data and refined intelligence.

In this capacity youll be entrusted with the autonomy to innovate drive changes and make impactful contributions. You will take ownership for your projects and ensure the successful implementation. With the freedom to innovate and a team to harmonize with your contributions as the junior BI Analyst will reshape how Enter perceives processes and proceeds with data.

Your profile

• You have a degree in the field of Data Science Data Analytics Business Analytics Informatics or similar.
• You have done at least one internship in an Analytics related role ideally in a growth phase of the company/team or the strong ambition to join a growing area.
• You are motivated to dive into the world of data and expand your analytics skills quickly.
• You enjoy working in a collaborative environment and work with others to ensure the insight your are creating are actionable relevant and aligned with business needs.
• Previous experience with BI tools and databases especially within data warehouses like Snowflake and transformation tools like DBT is a plus.
• You possess profound analytical skills ideally underlined through previous experience in driving projects from conceptualization through to production.
• Stellar communication skills paired with the talent to convey intricate data insights in a lucid and engaging manner to a diverse audience.
• A solutioncentric mindset underscored by an autonomous work ethic enabling you to yield impactful results without incessant direction.
