To strengthen our young highly motivated and powerful team we are now looking for a new junior backend developer

Tasks

You will be developing on Relais backend systems using mainly golang assisting the backend team handling support tickets and helping to create our internal tools. This poisition is fully remote but we are looking for developers from the same timezone (/2 hours to CET)

You will be responsible for the following areas:

• Developing in golang and javascript and creating SQL queries when needed
• Becoming familiar with the business rules and apply them in our different projects
• Taking care of support tickets and adhoc requests from the team
• Allrounder collaborating with the support compliance and operations teams

Requirements

What do you need for this job

• At least 2 years as backend developer with golang and javascript or relevant experience (but not more than 5)
• PostgreSQL and MySQL knowledge
• Comfortable with data handling
• Git and the related branching models
• Working in an agile environment
• Result oriented mindset
• Live and breathe Bitcoin
• Good communication skills ideally coupled with a sense of humor

Optionally:

• Fullstack background
• Experience working for a Bitcoin company
