Junior Accounting Specialist (Italy, Roma)

Tasks

• Invoicing management ( active and passive cycle, entries booking and financial movements),
• Payment monitoring and collection, cashflow analysis and managing bank relations,
• Managing payments schedule and compliance tax deadlines,
• Update and maintain physical and digital archives,
• Support in the preparation of analyses and budgeting of the accounts if requested.

Requirements

• Accounting Diploma or Economics degree,
• 1/2 years experience in similar environments,
• Basic knowledge of accounting,
• Basic knowledge of budgeting,
• Experience in QuickBooks and Fatture in cloud platforms,
• Proficiency in common Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint),
• Advanced level in English and Italian (written and spoken).
