Tasks

Seaters is looking for a Dutch speaking Junior Account Manager to join the Sales and Marketing Team.

You will work in close collaboration with the other Account Managers from our European office in the Brussels region and home office.

As an Account Coordinator your time will be divided between acting as a key pointofcontact with our B2B accounts and managing inbound enduser enquiries from our European operations through our helpdesk.

Our goal is to provide an industry leading experience for our customers and endusers!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Retain and grow our existing B2B accounts by followingup and manage their daytoday needs
  • Manage client projects on the Seaters Platform: assist clients with the creation of Fan Groups Wish Lists and the distribution of tickets
  • Assist with marketing campaigns for our B2B customers
  • Draft business intelligence reports requested by our B2B accounts
  • Maintain excellent customer relations to increase customer loyaltyOffer B2C customer support through our helpdesk: ensure satisfaction by following up with customer questions to verify that all issues have been resolved. As we grow we need a structured balance between standardisation and freedom to deal with issues as they come and taking the actions that are needed. You will contribute to building this structure

Requirements

  • Dutch native speaker and fluent in English (spoken and written)
  • Sense for precision detail and highquality results
  • Selfstarter and independent problemsolver
  • Internet savvy and great interest in digital communications
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
  • You are a multitasker with prompt action
  • Customer oriented: must be passionate and curious about scouting and fulfilling customer/client requirements in relation to ticketing/sponsoring
  • Stressresistant and a patient personality
