The Role: Content Management Excellence

The successful candidate will play a vital role in supporting our account management team enhancing customer satisfaction and loyalty through topnotch service. This includes:

  • Managing daytoday tasks for hotel and car supplier accounts.
  • Identifying and addressing gaps in customer needs with effective solutions.
  • Involvement in billing agency onboarding and processing requests for proposals.
  • Building strong internal relationships for consensus and collaboration across the company.
  • Leading project activities across multiple internal business groups.
  • Staying abreast of industry trends to ensure the company remains a competitive force.

Who We Are Looking For

Ideal candidates will possess:

  • At least two years of experience in account management demonstrating a successful track record.
  • Outstanding communication skills capable of explaining complex situations confidently.
  • A knack for sales and negotiation with the ability to juggle multiple projects effectively.
  • A selfmotivated and proactive attitude open to embracing new ideas for the collective success of our customers and team.
