Journeyman ElectricianField Project Manager

We are urgently looking for a Journeyman Electrician/Field Project Manager to manage upcoming commercial projects in Houston,TX, surrounding areas and other metro areas within the state of TX.

Responsibilities:

• Instruct and guide all electricians,apprentices and helpers with their daily duties through the completion of the assigned project.
  
• Maintain and complete your assigned daily work duties as provided by the senior project coordinator.
  
• Send in requests for any necessary materials as needed to the senior project coordinator.
  
• Maintain cleanliness of entire jobsite on a daily basis.
  
• Maintain personal safety and promote a safe work environment.
  
• Maintain all materials, including tools and equipment on site.
  
• Troubleshoot motor and control systems.
  
• Perform routine maintenance on electrical wiring and systems.
  
• Adhere to all quality and safety codes.
  

Requirements

• Ability to read electrical schematics, blueprints, and manuals.
  
• Ability to use electrical equipment and hand tools.
  
• Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills.
  
• Valid Texas Journeymans License.
  
• Commercial and Residential Electrical Experience: 3+ years.
  
• Valid authorization to work in USA.
  
• Must be able to pass as background check and drug screening.
  
• Ability to travel within Houston, TX and the immediate surrounding areas. (Possible travel to other states may be required).
