About the Opportunity:
Fedtec is seeking a skilled and experienced Journeyman Business Intelligence Analyst to join our team. The Journeyman Business Intelligence Analyst will play a critical role in managing project work defined by client contracts conducting thorough analysis and delivering actionable insights to stakeholders. The ideal candidate will possess expert knowledge in various business areas including business processes executive coaching and organizational operations along with a strong understanding of Agile principles.
Position: Journeyman Business Intelligence Analyst
Work Location: Remote
Client: Internal Revenue Service
Primary Responsibilities
- Manage project work as defined by client contracts ensuring alignment with client expectations and project objectives.
- Conduct factfinding analysis and hypothesis development to uncover insights and trends within the data.
- Lead the development of conclusions and recommendations based on analysis findings producing final reports and delivering presentations to stakeholders.
- Utilize Agile principles to manage project timelines and ensure deliverables are met on time and within budget.
- Possess expert knowledge in business processes executive coaching leadership assessments and organizational operations.
- Apply indepth knowledge of market and industry trends to inform analysis and decisionmaking.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to gather requirements define project objectives and implement solutions.
- Mentor junior team members and provide guidance on complex analysis tasks.
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelors degree or higher in business information technology or a related field. Masters degree is optional but preferred.
- 4 years of intensive experience demonstrating proficiency in business intelligence analysis and project management.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with the ability to extract insights from complex data sets.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to effectively convey findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Agile principles and methodologies.
- Expert knowledge of business processes executive coaching and organizational operations.
- Familiarity with business intelligence tools and techniques.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
