Job Description
This is a remote position.
We are searching for friendly and professional individuals to join our team as a Remote Journey Agent. Keep your clients engaged and happy through excellent customer service. The ideal applicant will be an excellent communicator with in-depth knowledge of domestic and international destinations.
Responsibilities:
Plan detailsincluding transportation, accommodation, and airlines.
Work with clients to determine needs.
Guide clients on the appropriate transportation, travel dates, costs, and accommodations.
Book reservations on behalf of clients; resolve travel issues, complaints, and refunds..
Collect deposit and other payments
Maintain client information and documents.
Stay up-to-date with tourism trends by attending training
Requirements
Requirements:
Experience in hospitality, customer service, or tourism
Base knowledge of domestic and foreign travel destinations.
Excellent and efficient communication and time management skills
High School Diploma
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
