We need a Sous chef Cook and Breakfast Cook !

• Vocational certificate as a chef preffered but relevant experience considered
• Proven experience in a similar role with demonstrable results
• Proficiency in Norwegian or English required

Sous Chef Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the kitchen team to prepare highquality dishes
• Contribute to the development of breakfast lunch and dinner menus
• Adhere to food safety and cleanliness standards
• Ensure guest satisfaction quality and profitability goals are met
• Champion sustainable practices including sourcing organic products and reducing food waste
• Foster a positive working environment and teamwork among kitchen staff and other departments

Cook Requirements:

• Experience in a la carte and company catering settings
• Ability to thrive in dynamic environments with a focus on service excellence
• Punctual responsible and attentive to detail
• Strong team player with a proactive approach

Breakfast Cook Responsibilities:

• Daily preparation of Bergens finest breakfast offerings
• Management of breakfast buffet including hot and cold items
• Flexibility to work shifts and weekends
• Energetic teamoriented and customerfocused demeanor
• Solutionoriented with a commitment to exceeding expectations
