MustHave Skills:
Looking for an Architect for the Jira/ Confluence Engineering team with cloud migration experience.
Must have worked in Jira/ Confluence system administration (not just used them)
Must have experience in doing a cloud migration (from Onprem to Atlassian Cloud)
Must have experience in writing custom APIs.
Bachelors or higher degree in Computer Science Information Technology or related field.
Proven experience as a Jira Architect Administrator or similar role.
Indepth knowledge of Jira configurations workflows schemes and permissions.
Strong understanding of Jira integrations with thirdparty tools and systems.
Experience in scripting and automation within the Jira environment.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and how they are implemented in Jira.
Excellent problemsolving and analytical skills.
Effective communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work crossfunctionally.

Design and implement scalable efficient and welldocumented Jira architectures that align with organizational goals.
Provide expertise in the configuration and customization of Jira to meet specific project requirements.
Workflow Optimization:

Analyze and optimize existing Jira workflows to enhance efficiency and user experience.
Implement best practices in Jira usage ensuring alignment with industry standards.

Integration Management:

Develop and maintain integrations between Jira and other tools/systems to streamline processes and improve crossfunctional collaboration.
Collaborate with development teams to ensure seamless integration with other software and applications.

Administration and Maintenance:

Oversee the administration of Jira instances including user management permissions and system configurations.
Conduct regular maintenance activities to ensure optimal performance and security.

User Training and Support:

Provide training and support to endusers on Jira best practices usage guidelines and troubleshooting.
Act as a subject matter expert for Jirarelated queries and issues.
