Overview:
- Jira and Confluence Administrator
- Front end and back end admin functionalities
- implements specific features used in JIRA and Conf
- admin role the expectation is some Groovy and scripting knowledge.
- Will help in daytoday monitoring.
- Helps with reporting incidents day to day customer support as well
- JIRA administration in depth expertise.
Administrator Role:
- Jira in depth experience
- AWS Skills sets and Automation
- Confluence in depth experience
