Job Title: Jewellery Consultant / Stylist for Fine Jewellery Store Operations Immediate Joiners

Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Retail Store Executive to join our team in Bangalore. As a Retail Store Executive you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operations of our store. We are looking for a candidate with more than 3 years of experience in retail management who is fluent in both English and Hindi and possesses the ability to independently manage our store. You will be responsible for managing all aspects of the stores operations including sales customer service and inventory management. Your responsibilities will include but not just limited to
Key Responsibilities:
Store Operations: Manage daytoday store operations including opening and closing inventory management and maintaining a clean and organized environment.
Customer Service: Deliver excellent customer service create a welcoming atmosphere and resolve customer concerns promptly. Provide topnotch customer service by assisting customers answering their inquiries and ensuring a delightful shopping experience. actively promoting our jewellery collections and assisting customers in their purchasing decisions.
Inventory Management: Maintain optimal inventory levels conduct regular stock checks and manage replenishment orders.
Store Maintenance: Oversee store cleanliness safety and security. Ensure the stores appearance and functionality are consistently at their best.
Billing & Reporting: Prepare and submit daily weekly and monthly reports to higher management. Everyday Sales report.
Qualifications:
- Any graduate.
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of retail management experience. preferably in the Jewellery store.
- Fluent in English and Hindi with excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills
- Passion for jewellery and an eye for detail.
- Independent and selfmotivated.
- Ability to make sound decisions and work independently and in a team environment.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving abilities. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Selfmotivated and resultsoriented
- Proficiency in using CRM software other sales tools and Billing software
- Proficiency in MS Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Professionalism integrity and a commitment to maintaining client relationship
Other Considerations
- The employee might have to visit the customers home sometime. your transport and security will be taken care of by business. Somebody will accompany you to the client to show the jewellery
- Yearly Bonus NO
- incentive Scheme 1% of total offline store sales if it crosses 5 lakhs post taxes and will be distributed evenly among all store employees.
- Yearly Appraisal and increase in salary. every year. From 7 to 10 %
- PF / ESI NO
- Age bracket < > 24 to 35
- Trendy and presentable smart formals.
- No leave during probation of 3 months
- 6 days work from the Store. 1 day off per week only on the weekday of your choice. 1 Paid leave a month and up to 18 paid leave per year.
- Operational days and hours All days of the year. Bangalore store 11 AM to 8:00 PM on all days
- Candidate can bring own laptop to work. The store laptop is used for billing and reports.
