This is a remote position.
Customer is looking for multiple Java Technical Lead/Senior
- Producing innovative and simple solutions to complex problems
- Participating in team leading activities
Specialist will have to complete:
- end clients documents
- end clients background check process prior onboarding
- clients background check after onboarding
Technical verification:
- 2 4 steps (including technical verification live code challenges etc.)
Location:
We do accept ONLY candidates who are located in POLAND and will perform from this location during the all contract. It is strictly forbidden to work outside of Poland!

Requirements
- Higher education degree is a must
- 10 years of experience
- Proven knowledge Java 8 Spring Spring boot SQL and Linux
- Proven track record within a technical lead/team lead role
- Ability to understand architectural and technical aspects of projects.
- Good skills and knowledge of servant leadership facilitation situational awareness conflict resolution continual improvement empowerment and increasing transparency.
- Strong communication and customer facing skills
- Fluent English
Benefits
Special Note:
Maximum Hours per Week: 40
Consultant must be legally eligible to work as a contractor either as a citizen or work permit holder.
For Remote Position consultants must have their own computing device and high speed internet connect at their work space.
Consultant must have their own VAT & TAX id to work with us as a contractor alternatively he/she must be associated with a local umbrella company to work with us as a contractor.
