During the adaptation period, you are expected to complete a regular absorption program based on the scrum model. There are 3 sprints with estimated activities and a definition of the done statement. During these 6 weeks you'll have a tour of regular production routine and internal company processes, review Java basics, refresh data structures & algorithms, complete a refactoring challenge, get familiar with modern Java technologies, and finally contribute to numerous internal projects. Further commercial assignment happens as soon as mandatory hard skills are gained and the maturity of soft skills is confirmed.
