Job Description
We are looking for a Java Developer with a specific focus on Pyhton and AWS for our client's team in G teborg!
We are seeking a Java Developer with expertise in Python and AWS to join our client's dynamic team. You will leverage cutting-edge technologies, including AWS and Microservices, to develop innovative solutions and services that keep our clients ahead of the competition. You will be responsible for the full service lifecycle, from requirements and development to testing, deployment, maintenance, and continuous improvement.
Who We're Looking For: We are looking for an open-minded, flexible, and analytical problem solver who thrives in a dynamic, multicultural environment. You should have a passion for teamwork, delivering high-quality code, and taking ownership of your work. Coaching and supporting team members, especially in Python, is a critical aspect of this role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Utilize AWS (Lambda, Cloudformation, SNS, and SQS) and Java (Java 8 and above) to develop cutting-edge solutions.
- Work extensively with Python in microservices.
- Embrace DevOps practices and adhere to XP (Extreme Programming) and Clean Code principles.
- Collaborate with a diverse team of 6 developers, Scrum Master, PO, and Business Analyst.
- Build complex interfaces connecting two backends.
- Foster a strong DevOps mindset and practice XP techniques, including pair and mob programming.
- Contribute to code reviews and ensure high-quality code.
- Prepare for team growth and knowledge transfer as the product goes live.
Requirements:
- Strong experience with AWS, Java, Python, and DevOps practices.
- Adaptability to international and multicultural settings.
- Commitment to XP and Clean Code principles.

- Enthusiasm for experimenting and setting direction in your work.
