Job Description:

We are currently seeking a talented Java developer to join our team in Fort Lauderdale FL. This is an onsite position with the expectation of being present in the office 3 times per week. The successful candidate will play a key role in developing robust Java applications utilizing their expertise in Java Spring Boot REST APIs and database technologies.

Responsibilities:

1. Design develop and implement highquality Java applications in accordance with project requirements.
2. Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to define design and ship new features.
3. Develop and maintain RESTful APIs to facilitate seamless communication between various systems.
4. Perform code reviews debugging and troubleshooting to ensure code quality and system stability.
5. Utilize database technologies to store retrieve and manipulate data efficiently.
6. Implement best practices and coding standards to ensure a scalable and maintainable codebase.
7. Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends to continuously improve development processes.

Required Skills:

1. Minimum 10 years of experience in Java development.
2. Proficiency in the Java programming language and related frameworks particularly Spring Boot.
3. Strong understanding of RESTful API design and development.
4. Experience working with databases including but not limited to SQL MySQL or PostgreSQL.
5. Solid understanding of the software development lifecycle and Agile methodologies.
6. Excellent problemsolving skills and attention to detail.
7. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
8. Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
