Immediate Need Java Developer Two Positions MUST BE LOCAL to NC or Texas

Position 1:

Java Developer

Employment Type: W2 contract (no C2C).

Contract Duration: 1218 months.

Location: Charlotte NC. Plano TX. Hybrid 3 days in the office 2 days remote.

Guarantee that software development aligns with functional nonfunctional and compliance requirements ensuring excellence.

Craft elegant code solutions conduct meticulous unit testing and seamlessly integrate them into the overarching application/system delivering clear robust and welltested interfaces.

Play an integral role in story refinement and requirement definition guiding the team to estimate the work needed to bring these narratives to life.

Tackle complex technical challenges providing valuable assistance in realizing story work.

Elevate existing test suites meticulously analyze test reports promptly identify any issues or errors and expertly address their root causes.

Document and disseminate vital information for deployment maintenance support and optimizing business functionality.

Requirements:

Experience: A minimum of 8 years of handson development experience specializing in Java 1.8 or above.

Expertise in objectoriented programming and design concepts.

Proven success in Java backend and middleware technologies.

Proficiency in building web applications and developing RESTful web services.

Command of serverside frameworks such as Spring (including MVC Spring Boot Spring Batch etc.).

Mastery of ORM frameworks like Hibernate.

Familiarity with RDBMS systems like Oracle SQL Server or DB2.

Proficiency in CI/CD with a preference for Jenkins and Git.

Accomplished experience working within distributed Agile teams.

The ability to work independently with exceptional problemsolving skills.

Desired Skills:

Deep understanding of the Banking and Finance domain.

Proficiency in Unix/Linux environments.

Experience with Microservices and Docker containers/OpenShift is a valuable plus.

Exceptional interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with crossfunctional teams and business stakeholders.

Position 2:

Java Developer

Employment Type: W2 contract (no C2C).

Contract Duration: 1218 months.

Location: Charlotte NC. Plano TX. Hybrid 3 days in the office 2 days remote.

Responsibilities:

Participate in the transformation and implementation of a critical feed processing within the Compliance tech org in the bank

Work with users to refine requirements design and develop highquality and scalable database systems

Responsible for driving architecture and implementation of key program initiatives

Handson architect and developer with the ability to drive design and implementation initiatives

Requirements:

10 years of application development experience with Java and Spring Framework

10 years professional experience developing solutions on Oracle databases

6 years of API based development experience with Spring Boot SOAP and REST Web Services

Experience with Oracle database and query performance optimizations

Experience with data warehousing and OLTP solutions

Strong in PL/SQL

6 years of experience with JOB Scheduling tools

Real Time application experience with MQ or similar Technology

510 years of experience in Unix environment and Shell scripting

Familiarity with security vulnerabilities

Familiarity with SSO and SAML based user authentications

Familiarity with unit testing testing methodology JIRA and infrastructure support

Ability to apply architectural patterns and principles to achieve reusability testability scalability and maintainability

Experience with modeling tools and notation

Experience with CI /CD Pipeline setup and End to End Automation for build and deployment.

Experience with release management branching strategies and distributed source control systems such as GIT

Experience and desire to work in an Agile process (pair programming daily standups etc.)

Demonstrable knowledge of problem domain in which they have been working
