Client: A HealthcareIT firm that offers large health systems and provider services companies a powerful combination of healthcare technology services platforms and consulting services. They are based in Bengaluru.
Position: Java Backend Lead Engineer
Experience: 5yr 8yr
Location: Bangalore (Work from Office only)
CTC Offered: Competitive and commensurate with experience and skills
Joining: Immediate to 30days
Responsibilities
a) Lead the design development and maintenance of scalable and highperformance backend systems using Java technologies
b) Backend Development: Design develop and maintain robust scalable backend systems using Java and related technologies.
c) Creating database schemas that represent and support business processes.
d) Writing clean optimized readable Java code.
e) Provide mentorship and guidance to junior developers helping them grow their technical skills and advance their careers.
f) Create and maintain technical documentation including system architecture diagrams API documentation and deployment procedures.
g) Lead a team of developers and junior developers
Requirements:
a) Deep understanding of Software process engineering with objectoriented programming.
b) Familiar with various design and architectural patterns with good problemsolving skills.
c) Proficient with latest version of webframeworks associated with Spring platform like Security REST Boot microservices.
d) Experience working with application and web servers like Nginx Tomcat Wildfly.
e) Good understanding of version control systems such as GIT Gitlab.
f) Good knowledge of SQL engines like MySQL Postgres etc. and working experience of nonSQL engines like MongoDB.
g) Expertise in writing clean optimized readable Java code.
h) Experience of having worked on scalable architecture and high data traction applications
i) Excellent debugging skills Exceptions handling Swagger/API documentation Audit logging.
j) MySQL MongoDB & serverside profiling skills.
k) Experience in basic frontend technologies like HTML JavaScript CSS Ajax jQuery.
l) Understanding of the Design Patterns Architectural Blueprints UML and Application Design
m) Handson with AWS cloud services
n) Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins Kubernetes AKS Docker GITHUB)
o) Experience in high data structure and management
p) Experience of running Tech triage RRR Product line management
q) Effective communication with Min 1 year of experience of people management
r) Min 2 years of Tech lead experience on a specific project carrying endend design and development
s) Min 1 year Tech lead experience of managing a project with sprintagile methodology
t) Very good presentation skills
u) Should have provided mentorship and guidance to junior developers
