Job Title : Java Backend Developer

Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Java Backend Developer. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Java development with expertise in building scalable and highperformance backend systems. As a Java Backend Developer you will be responsible for designing developing and maintaining serverside applications APIs and databases to support our software solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Designing developing and maintaining backend services and applications using Java technologies.
• Collaborating with crossfunctional teams to understand project requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Writing clean efficient and maintainable code that meets design and architectural standards.
• Implementing and integrating thirdparty APIs and services as needed.
• Optimizing performance and scalability of backend systems through code optimization caching mechanisms and database tuning.
• Conducting code reviews debugging and troubleshooting production issues.
• Documenting technical designs processes and procedures.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in computer science Engineering or related field.
• Proven experience as a Java Backend Developer or similar role with a minimum of 4.5 years of handson experience in Java development.
• Proficiency in Java programming language and related frameworks (e.g. Spring Spring Boot) and C .
• Strong understanding of objectoriented design principles data structures and algorithms.
• Experience with relational databases (e.g. MySQL PostgreSQL) and NoSQL databases (e.g. MongoDB).
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs microservices architecture and cloud platforms (e.g. AWS Azure).
• Knowledge of version control systems (e.g. Git) and CI/CD pipelines.
• Excellent problemsolving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Masters degree in computer science or related field.
• Experience with containerization technologies (e.g. Docker Kubernetes).
• Knowledge of message broker systems (e.g. RabbitMQ Kafka).
• Familiarity with agile development methodologies (e.g. Scrum Kanban).
