1 Experience in Java J2EE (v8) Backend Service/API Development Spring Spring boot JMS Web services and other distributed technologies2 Experience in CI and Dev Ops Understands Jenkins GitHub etc.3 Looking for someone who can bring himself / herself up to speed quickly in our current environment.4 Good communication skills Able to articulate clearly his/her ideas.5 Experience with Agile methodologies Scrum Continuous integration TDD6 Attention to detail Desire and ability to work in a multidistributed team environment7 Ability to excel in a short timeframe under short sprints8 Strong communication and documentation skills
