Japanese Solution Planning Manager

Qualifications:

• At least 7 years of Solution planning in any tech capability (e.g. Microsoft SAP Oracle JAVA etc.)
• With proven leadership skills in a managerial capacity
• Proficient in Japanese (at least N3) and English both verbal and written

Responsibilities:

• Interprets and translates client requirements into a solution configured from a standard set of offerings. Drives the signoff on the solution and interfaces with the delivery organization to ensure effective transition shape services and determine appropriate service delivery locations and related costs.
• Builds solutions specific to our clients combining the best human and machine capabilities across a variety of industries geographics and business models Work with our Sales Delivery and Technology teams to build compelling propositions and maximize value for our clients Work in a team of likeminded individuals helping to share your experience to develop the next generation of Solution
