Job Description:

As a Janitor and Locker Room Attendant at Stand-By Personnel, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and orderliness of our Labor Division. Your primary responsibilities will include cleaning and sanitizing various areas of the workplace and overseeing our locker room facilities where employees store their belongings while at work.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform daily cleaning tasks, including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and sanitizing designated areas such as restrooms, breakrooms, and common spaces.

• Ensure the locker room area is clean, organized, and secure at all times.

• Monitor and enforce locker room policies and procedures, including ensuring lockers are properly secured.

• Assist employees with locker assignments and inquiries.

• Report any maintenance or repair needs in the locker room or other areas to the appropriate supervisor.

• Empty trash receptacles and replace trash bags as needed.

• Maintain cleaning supplies and ensure they are stocked for daily use.

• Collaborate with the maintenance team to address facility-related issues promptly.

• Adhere to all safety and sanitation guidelines and protocols.

Qualifications:

•  Previous janitorial or custodial experience is preferred.

•  Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain a high level of cleanliness.

•   Excellent communication and customer service skills.

•   Ability to work independently and efficiently.

•   Basic knowledge of cleaning products and equipment.

•   Must be dependable and punctual.

•   Respect for confidentiality and the ability to maintain a professional demeanor.

•    Physical ability to perform tasks that may require lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
