IV&V Associate Consultant

LOCATION: Sacramento CA (Hybrid) 2 Days Onsite and 3 Days Remote

DURATION: 12 Months

NUMBER OF POSITIONS: 1

The Project will use the ServiceNow Platform as a Service product called Public Sector Digital Service as a primary platform to enhance systems and Application Programming Interface management will be using cloudnative applications on the Google Cloud Platform for data warehousing data visualization and data security.

Associate Consultant Mandatory Qualifications:

1. Minimum of two (2) years of experience in providing IV&V services to federal state and/or local government entities by performing a combination of one or more of the following tasks:

a. Observing and assessing tools artifacts and activities relating to design development coding testing databases and project management;

b. Developing IV&V monthly activity and task reports;

c. Performing traceability matrix analysis; ensure user stories and sprint testing is included in the analysis;

d. Performing User Story Story Points and backlog assessments on a monthly basis;

e. Conducting End to end integration testing assessments and verification;

f. Conducting UAT script development assessments and verification;

g. Conducting End to end functionality assessments and verification based on the approved process flows; and conducting Data Transformation reconciliation and cleanup assessments.

2. Minimum of two (2) years of experience of working on IT projects utilizing SDLC and or agile software development methodologies.

3. Minimum two (2) years of working knowledge of Platform as a Service (PaaS) or Software as a Service (SaaS) IT projects.

4. Minimum of two (2) years of experience with Data Conversion Extraction Transformation Business Reconciliation

5. Certified as one of the following is a plus but not required: Completed Agile Certified Practitioner (PMIACP) or Certified Scrum Master (CSM). The certificate must be active and not expired at the time of offer submission. Associate Consultant must maintain certification during the term of the contract.
