Job Description
- Working Location: Brunssum, Netherlands
- Security Clearance: NATO Secret
- Language: High proficiency level in English language
EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION:
Essential Qualifications/Experience:
4 years experience
Experience working with Supply Databases
Experience in:
Inventorying CIS Equipment for accountability and accuracy
Identification and corrections of Asset Management Deficiencies
Stock Management processes
Knowledge and experience using ORACLE database systems
DUTIES/ROLE:
Responsible for the adequate packaging and shipment of equipment to customers
Responsible for the preparation of shipping documentation to cover outbound shipments of equipment
Controls and prepares receipts and dispatches via freight forwarders
Receives and issues a wide range of CIS items, including physically sensitive, potentially hazardous, expensive and priority material
Uses the ERP (Oracle basis) System to process the various transactions
Assists and interacts with the Receiving/Dispatch staff and Warehouse
Inventory, monitors and oversees all the equipment under his/her responsibility
Co-ordinates any requirements
Responsible for the property accounting/posting control
Takes action in case of deficiencies and equipment damage and initiates discrepancy procedures
Willing to manage and handle materials. Assists with general cleanliness of all storage areas
