ITIL Change Manager (C2H)

Visa (USC GC)

Remote

(Candidates Only from DC MD VA WV NC PA DE NY NJ TX and FL)

Duration: 12 months

Must haves:
1. ITIL v3 or 4 certified
2. 1 year LEAD exp
3. Recent Changes in MGT and GovernmentExp
4. Coming from a larger organization
5. 8 years BS Degree or 12 years w/o BS Degree

Required Skills


Education Level: Bachelors Degree Required (In lieu of a Bachelors degree an additional 4 years of relevant work experience is required in addition to the required work experience.)
Experience: 8 years of total experience required with a minimum of 3 years of Change Management experience with 1 year of lead experience.
ITIL Certification (version 3 or 4) is required
Seeking candidates stemming out of the HW/Infrastructure side of technology
ServiceNow Required 1 year a min
Seeking candidates with a track record of incident management process governance and identifying/enacting process changes/enhancements solutions within an IT environment (critical experience)
Must have strong documentation skills
ability to motivate others and foster a culture of continuous improvement and agile execution
ability to exercise independent judgment in methods techniques and evaluation criteria.
Knowledge of process improvement techniques.
knowledge of process mapping and documentation techniques.
