Location: Bangalore India. Hybrid working model.

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Technical Scrum Master who is passionate about driving technical excellence and delivering value to customers through AWS cloudnative SaaS product development. In this role you will serve as a servant leader and technical expert guiding and supporting crossfunctional

teams in the design development and delivery of innovative SaaS solutions with a focus on observability telemetry and API gateway capabilities.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as the Scrum Master for one or more Agile development teams facilitating Agile ceremonies (e.g. sprint planning daily standups sprint reviews retrospectives) and ensuring adherence to Agile principles and practices.
• Collaborate closely with Product Owners Architects Developers and DevOps Engineers to define product requirements prioritise backlog items and plan sprint deliverables.
• Run sprints for the team maintain JIRA hygiene and conduct scrum rituals uphold engineering and delivery excellence.
• Key deliverables: schedule and capacity plan drive status meetings reporting accomplishments risks and amp; issues dependencies path to green etc.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams in resolving impediments for them when designing implementing and optimising AWS cloudnative SaaS products with a focus on observability telemetry and API gateway capabilities.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement learning and innovation within the development teams encouraging experimentation and sharing of best practices.

Requirements:

• 10 years of professional experience in software development with a strong background in AWS cloudnative SaaS product development.
• At least 3 years of recent experience as a Scrum Master / Project Manager in an agile project. Experience in being a Scrum Master for geographically distributed teams would be great to have.
• Strong technical knowhow of AWS cloud services including but not limited to EC2 S3 Lambda API Gateway CloudWatch CloudTrail and AWS XRay.
• Experience with teams having delivered observability and telemetry tools and practices such as Prometheus Grafana ELK stack distributed tracing and performance monitoring.
• Excellent communication facilitation and leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate crossfunctional teams to achieve their goals.
• Demonstrated ability to drive technical excellence innovation and continuous improvement in a fastpaced agile environment.
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification.
• Bachelors or masters degree in Computer Science Engineering or related field.
